Third meeting of the Project Management Board (PMB)

The third Project Management Board meeting was held online on June 5, 2023.

The virtual meeting welcomed the active participation of the Work Package Leaders, who provided a brief review of the previous meeting's minutes, a comprehensive status update of the work in progress and the objectives for the next four weeks, offering valuable information on the project’s advancement and addressing the obstacles observed so far.

Adjustments to deliverable timelines are being explored, reflecting the team’s commitment to achieving high-quality outputs within the allocated timeframe.

The third PMB meeting concluded on a positive note, with no significant bottlenecks identified. The joint action continues to progress steadily, propelled forward by the dedication and collaborative efforts of the entire team.
