First meeting of the Project Management Board (PMB)

Project Management Board meetings will occur monthly to discuss the goals and objectives for the next four weeks.

The inaugural Project Management Board meeting was held online on March 22,2023 highlighting a significant milestone in the collaborative effort to tackle the current issue of shortages.

The Board Meeting, which was attended by the Work Package leaders, saw an engaging exchange of ideas on the work established for the next 4 months, its challenges and opportunities.

The agenda encompassed the discussion of the next deliveries of each Working Package and the current status of the developments made.

No major obstacles were identified so far and work progression is on track and proceeding according to schedule.
