CHESSMEN Presents Key Communication Actions at WGCP Meeting in Denmark

CHESSMEN Joint Action participated in the Working Group of Communication Professionals (WGCP), held in Denmark on 18 and 19 November 2025. The meeting brought together communication officers from across EU Member States to exchange experiences and reinforce collaboration activities.

Represented by Work Package 2 (Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation), CHESSMEN shared an overview of the main communication activities carried out so far, such as the Multi-stakeholder Workshop, CHESSMEN inSYNC, CHESSMEN Radar, study visits, the 2024 Wrap-up Newsletter, and the publication of key reports and public deliverables.

In addition, CHESSMEN also discussed the communication roadmap foreseen for the upcoming months, focusing on the target stakeholder outreach, raising awareness and dissemination strategies.

This session reinforced the importance of clear and coordinated communication from National Competent Authorities to healthcare professionals and citizens.
